Notes

Calculating the separations between drug candidates.
The selected file should contains drug candidates and their targets.
The content of the file follows the notes represented in the proximity calculation module.
The results are presented in a CSV file, cotaining the distances and the sperations of drug candidates in the human protein-protein interactome network.
